What is physical fitness?

Physical fitness refers to a state of overall health and well-being that is achieved through regular exercise, proper nutrition, and a balanced lifestyle. It includes the performance of lungs, heart and the muscles of the body. Physical fitness plays an important role in life.

If a man is a physical active, than it can improve brain health, help to manage weight, risk of diseases are less, bone and muscle become active, and it improves ability to do everyday new activities. Physical fitness contributes to an overall higher quality of life. Engaging in strength training and aerobic exercise improves muscular strength and endurance.

How to be a physical active ?

For example- Walking, Running, swimming, Dancing, Yoga, Playing a sport, Cycling, Jogging.
